Thai herbal ball massage is a massage therapy that originated in Thailand. It is also known as herbal compress massage and combines traditional Thai massage techniques with the use of heated herbal compresses. The compresses are filled with coconut, or a variety of herbs, such as lemongrass, ginger, and turmeric, which are known for their therapeutic properties. The therapy targets pain relief and inflammation for the muscles and restores the balance of the body’s qi.

Warm bamboo massage is a therapeutic massage technique, with the warmed hot stones and bamboo sticks utilized to work deeper than hands alone, in combination with Swedish or deep tissue techniques.
